  • Steve Rimmer BA Hons. Interior Design

    Trained as a designer, Steve has been a property developer, ran his own property company and was a founder of the leading Architecture & Design recruitment company Adrem. At Ascent Steve works with Engineers, Architects & Construction Professionals to help identify strategic appointments at board level

  • Del Hossain

    Awarded London's Business Mentor of the year 2011-12 by the University of London. Del is also the MD of the Adrem Group & the business advisor to the RIBA's CPD committee. He is an ex Foster & partners Architect, has trained in business psychology and now works with clients, structuring company boards and implementing business and team well being tools.

  • Malcolm Scott

    Malcolm originally trained in Design, is the CFO of Ascent and founder of the Adrem Group. With 35 years of managing businesses, coaching people and advising companies on growth & retention within Architecture & Engineering, he is quite probably London's most experienced career consultant in the construction sector

  • Kate Marks

    Kate has 20 years experience providing HR advice to companies in Construction, Architecture, Real Estate & Property Development. A former HR Director for one of the worlds largest Architecture firms, Kate is a fellow of the CIPD and has been a successful training & HR consultant since 2003. She is a regular speaker on the workplace HR circuit, and an authority on succession planning and an advocate of women in construction.

  • Niki Windsor

    Niki is a professionally trained HR consultant, with an extensive experience of managing outsourced HR solutions for companies. Working alongside Kate, Niki has helped past RIBA presidents create blueprints for HR in architecture, whilst in a former life being the HR manager for Pringle Brandon Architects.

  • Peter Nowlan

    Peter Nowlan specialises in leadership, teamwork, and presentation coaching. He has worked with a number of architectural practices and given one-to-one coaching to hundreds of architects. Professionally qualified as a business coach by the CIPD, Peter holds degrees in Philosophy from Nottingham and Oxford, and is a member of Faculty of the School of Coaching in London

  • Hedeel Aljezairy

    A fully qualified Architect with over 9 years practice experience in the commercial design sector, followed by 5 years recruitment experience within the creative design industry. At Ascent Hedeel is primarily focused on both UK and international based senior end roles, working with industry professionals within the Architecture, Interiors, Construction and Business Support sectors.

  • Katharine Bracey

    Having qualified with a BA Hons in Architecture and worked in practice, Katharine has used her training and industry experience to supplement her architectural recruitment career. She has previously worked in Sydney managing Education and Recruitment programs, and has now joined the Ascent team covering senior appointments both in the UK and globally.

  • David Horgan

    David is a registered Architect with 5 years’ professional experience. Combining his industry knowledge with his love of people, he has transferred his skills to the world of recruitment. David is a principle consultant on the Ascent team, sourcing senior level staff to enable practices to create an effective talent management culture within design studios all over the world.
